Ted has been licensed Ca.Broker (#00753337)assisting discerning clients in buying and selling residential real estate for over 30 years, specifically in the luxury ocean and golf property market.  His Los Cabos career began in 1996 as an on-site broker at the amazing "One & Only" Palmilla Resort.  Two years later, he acquired this spectacular homesite.  In 2007, he began construction but as the great recession began to raise it's ugly head , he shelved the project.(TYS)   Today, we are looking at nothing more than unfinished business, this time hopefully "FOR the KIDS."  Additionally, living and working for 8+ years full time in the Los Cabos area has given him the specific knowledge needed to bring this project to fruition.   FYI- His business degree is from one of the top 20 Business Schools in the U.S. according to ­Business Week Magazine
